SAMPLES:
Samples available for Invitations, RSVP and Place Cards only and come with generic printing and fonts (unless otherwise agreed). Invitation samples $50 each. RSVP samples $10 each. Place Card samples $25 each. Samples can be ordered via the Samples Request Form. Payment required prior to dispatchment of samples (refer to Payment Methods for details). Samples posted via Australia Post within 10 business days of payment receipt.

TIME FRAME:
Please allow at least 6 weeks for production, unless otherwise agreed. Some products feature rare imported materials and may take up to 8-12 weeks to complete. Production deemed to commence after Cardations has confirmed deposit payment and has received your complete guest list. Urgent orders may attract a surcharge, to be advised before you place an order. Any extended time frame required by Cardations to complete your order will be advised prior to confirming your order.

PROOFS/APPROVAL:
Accuracy of all text and proof approvals is entirely your responsibility. As a complimentary service, Cardations emails printed invitation wording proofs to you prior to commencement of printing. Upon receipt of your email response indicating approval, you are taken to have finalised and approved proofs for printing. Please ensure order form contents are accurate to minimise wording adjustments required. Guest names and invitation wording will be printed exactly as provided by you.

CHANGES/ALTERATIONS:
Changes are generally not possible after receipt of your email approval for wording proofs. Depending on the current stage of the process and at management discretion, we may be able to alter your initial order. Applying changes will incur an additional charge if re-printing is required.

GUEST LISTS:
Guest lists to be submitted electronically using Cardations Order Form. Please check the accuracy of information provided as all text will be printed exactly as provided in the Order Form. Any re-printing required due to errors in the Guest List will be at your expense. Please ensure capital letters are used where appropriate. Please note "&" versus "and" in between guest names - they will be printed as provided by the you.

INVITATION WORDING & BI-LINGUAL PRINTING:
Complimentary bi-lingual printing available for languages such as Greek, French, Italian and Spanish. Other languages may be printed by request; at the discretion of Cardations. Bi-lingual printing not available for product samples. Please submit non-English invitation wording in electronic format to info@cardations.com.au, along with the relevant font used (font should be in a .tiff format). Wording sumbitted in written format is acceptable, however we cannot guarantee we will be able to print it. Please discuss your requirements with us prior to ordering.

QUALITY GUARANTEE:
Cardations uses superior materials and guarantees your 100% satisfaction with the quality and handcrafted workmanship of all products. Due to their handmade nature, very minor imperfections and reasonable level of variation may occur between individual products. Products featuring fabrics may have slight differences in their colour to the original sample viewed, due to different dye lots used by the manufacturer.

PAYMENT:
50% deposit required upon placing order, prior to commencement.
Balance of 50% required upon completion, prior to dispatchment of finished products. Delivery costs payable along with balance payment.

Personal cheques must be cleared prior to production commencement. Unfortunately personal cheques cannot be accepted for balance payment at completion.

DELIVERY:
Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. Finished products posted via secure registered Australia Post. Pickup available from Sydney CBD. You may also elect to use a courier of your choice. Client to bear cost of delivery. Cardations accepts no responsibility whatsoever for items lost or damaged during transit or by Australia Post.

REFUNDS:
Unfortunately refunds are not possible following placement of initial order.

MINIMUM ORDER:
Unless otherwise agreed, a minimum order of 30 of any one product applies.

PRODUCTS & PRICES:
All prices displayed are in $AUD including GST and are subject to change at any time without notice. Designs and materials used may change over time. All items subject to availability.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
As Cardations takes great care in packaging finished products, under no circumstances shall Cardations be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damage or loss whatsoever caused by any third party, including loss or damage via courier delivery or Australia Post. By ordering any Cardations product you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and release Cardations from any liability for any loss or damage.
