Q. How far in advance should I order my wedding invitations?
A. You should send out your wedding invitations 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding, and allow 6 weeks for Cardations production time (and even up to 8-12 weeks production time for some designs with rare imported materials). So you should place your order at least 3-4 months prior to your wedding date. This assumes you to have your guest list and invitation wording prepared when you place your order. Allow extra time if your guest list will be large, as they often take longer than expected to prepare.

Q. Do you send invitation proofs before printing?
A. Yes, as a complimentary service and to ensure you are 100% satisfied with everything, Cardations will email you a proof of your invitation wording for your approval, prior to printing.
Q. Where do you post to?
A. Cardations products are available worldwide. Cardations uses Australia Post Express Post services to ensure your order is tracked, secure and delivered the following business day (or 3-6 days for international orders). Please click here to view postage costs.
Q. Do you print invitations in any other languages?
A. Yes, bi-lingual printing is available as a complimentary service. Bi-lingual printing is available for languages such as Greek, French, Italian and Spanish. Other languages may be printed by request. The text for the non-English section of your wording should be submitted in electronic format to info@cardations.com.au, along with the relevant font used (font should be in a .tiff format). Alternatively, wording sumbitted in written format is acceptable (handwritten, scanned and emailed to us), however we cannot guarantee we will be able to print it. Please discuss your requirements with us prior to ordering.
